Architecture
Under the hood.
Chatify runs on a zero-client-trust architecture. Authorization, state resolution and network egress are all enforced at the edge — nothing sensitive is decided in the browser.
Server-Side Request Brokering
Every outbound fetch is proxied through an isolated edge runtime, so the origin never observes your address, TLS fingerprint, or client entropy.

Encrypted Transport Envelope
All traffic is negotiated over TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Payloads are sealed in transit and never traverse the network in cleartext.

Row-Level Authorization Policies
Access is evaluated per record, not per page. Every read and write is matched against a declarative policy before the database is ever touched.

Server-Authoritative State Machines
Outcomes, balances and round state are resolved entirely server-side. The client is a renderer — it proposes, it never decides.

Field-Level Write Immutability
Privileged attributes are sealed against browser mutation. Any attempt to forge them is rejected at the boundary before persistence.

Membership-Gated Message Retrieval
Conversation history is never exposed to the client directly. Each fetch resolves your membership first, then streams only what you are entitled to.
